| Overview: Aspen grove is beautiful. Tall aspen trees, large vertical rock mountains, an amphitheater and wooded area some of the features you’ll find here. This public spot is owned and operated by the LDS church and is beautiful year round. The old stone amphitheatre provides great foreground while the aspen trees and towering mountains provide great background. The Good: It’s a great place for pictures. Plenty of variety with interesting textures and backgrounds. Great for summer shots with green leaves, autumn leaves, and shots with thick winter snow. The Bad: A bit of a drive to get to. Not all of the locations are easy to get to. Best suited for engagement pictures, or brides wearing comfortable shoes. There are also plenty of interesting spots up and down the canyon on the way there. Our Opinion: Aspen Grove is a great choice for brides in Utah County. You can almost always get great photos there, and it features some of the prettiest spots in the Utah outdoors. |
